  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the refund policy displayed on the website.
  • Misuse, abuse, or illegal activity may result in account suspension or termination.

  • Data Retention: Transcripts and recordings are stored for 90 days, then automatically deleted

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Promote scams, MLMs, or deceptive business practices
  • Harass or abuse AI agents or support staff
  • Reverse engineer our software or algorithms
  • Scrape or data mine our platform

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

CashFlowExecution is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
