  • Profile Data: Skills, work experience, available hours, location
  • Usage Data: Tasks completed, streaks, revenue logged, templates used
  • Communication Data: Chat messages, voice call transcripts
  • Payment Data: Billing info (via Stripe - we don't store card numbers)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide personalized opportunity recommendations
  • Track your progress and send reminders
  • Improve AI responses and voice agent quality
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send important updates (you can opt out of marketing emails)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the product

3. Voice Call & Recording Privacy

📞 All calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes where permitted by law. You will be notified at the start of each call. Recordings are encrypted and stored for 90 days, then permanently deleted.

- Call transcripts are redacted for sensitive info (SSN, credit cards)
- Transcripts used to improve AI prompts (anonymized)
- You can request deletion of your call history anytime

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Twilio (calls), OpenAI (AI chat), Stripe (payments)
  • Analytics: Anonymized usage data for product improvement
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to prevent fraud

5. Data Security

- All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3)
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt
- Call recordings encrypted at rest (AES-256)
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- 2FA available for all accounts (highly recommended)

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of all your data
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate information
  • Erasure: Delete your account and all associated data
  • Portability: Export your data in JSON format
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails

- Call Recordings: 90 days, then auto-deleted

- Deleted Accounts: All data purged within 30 days
